Realise...
Although i've been surrounded by people every single day... fellow coy mates, battalion mates, hmmm perhaps even close friends (i deemed)... but i still feel so lonely! i mean when i wanna share troubles, worries or concern i dun find anyone i'm comfortable to talk to or even to drop a sms...
UIP training is finally going to be over! I mean i believe the new guys will turn ops la so that UIP can really end! And i really can start to take a break, start to clear my off-in-lieus, start to sleep earlier! UIP training it alawys seem the trainees are suffering regardless mentally or physically due to punishments or tasks... but me myself i have to meet all the timings i gave to them earlier, have to knock off (bang gang) later wat! so kinda tired! need to teach, guide, plan, worry for them! haha... but who knows eh? just hope they will be good enough so that their future in the battalion will be as smooth as possible! but i guess some of them esp the operators can't wait ti "kill" me aft they turned ops! ah ya UIP i have certain standards to uphold one leh so i seem like a sarcastic, mean, strict freak! but actually i'm a very fun person to be with!
Anyway these days really so so busy with camp stuff (esp UIPs), then i missed church services quite a lot man... also just paid off most of my debts! a few more to go! sorry to those i haven paid finish de! I really wanna pay but erm financially other than the allowance from SAF i have no where else to get $$$! i will pay up asap so dun hang pighead on my door! hmmm debts hai bu shi wei le shui... but he wont know, he wont care, and it is none of his business its one way de...
Life now is so deprived of joy, fun, laughter, money, excitement and watever else that is good! it has been ages since i went shopping! i mean getting new clothes, shoes, bags, or things for myself! too bad i'm not well off enough! not even financially able to support my soon to come Uni fees! i've cleared BTT & FTT long time ago but no $$$ to learn driving also! I miss dance too... no money to pick it up again as each dance course is $100+?
One thing i've realised since i've enlisted into army! When i was in BMT, SISPEC erm the way i spend $$$ has been always for a motive or for myself! E.g. my current MP4 player, snacks to eat in camp etc... but since SI or as i transit into Unit life... i have learnt to spend willingly $$$ to bless others! Every month esp "that month" i have spend more than half or all my $$$ on others! it is great to see pp blessed and happy! how i wish i can be richer to be a greater blessing! but i think in the near future it is not possible... hmmm...
I really am not happy these days! too many things are trying to bring me down... easily frustrated, easily lose my temper, easily disappointed, sad and watever negative emotions! Optimism also decrease till i dunno where liao! mainly because i'm too affected by relationships i'm having! as one pour out so much, indeed the person receiving will have a bigger influence...
Meanwhile as life and time still goes on... tons of things are jus not going well for me! Socially i'm not that influential anymore... i dun bring much joy to others somehow? and i'm not as effective in leadership as before... not as cheerful, not as funny, not as Needed anymore... Small note: the feeling of being replaced is not good... really not good...

The style of music in this album is totally different from all her previous albums! This song is a song that really describe how i am feeling these few months! Perhaps more strongly these days when i realise so much more about things i've been pondering about! Hmmm... Great Song! Coz listening to this song just make me feels that at least the song understands me hahaha! Somemore it is sung by my favourite singer, who sings and portrays emotions and feelings so well =)

Back from the Land of Cameronians!
I was back actually 8pm on Monday! hmmm i will do up a more detailed blog entry on the trip! Nonetheless it was a very fun trip, hmmm get to understand and realise more stuff too...
These days will be busy with camp stuff esp UIP training so wont have the time to online so much or to blog! More activities coming up starting friday! so i will have so much to blog! hahaha!

Itinerary for July!
June was a freaking hectic month! July same same... but! other than UIP training in camp, duty shifts, Extra Taskings (Sai Gang) and bla bla bla... July will be more of a fun month! Although there is no public holidays in July haha! I can create holidays for myself! Below are those programs i have in line! Woohoo! Welcome to July!
(1) Overseas Trip to Cameron Highlands - Fri 10/07/09 to Mon 13/07/09
Yup that's right! Going there to see Tea Plantations, Strawberry farms, Cactus valleys, Bee farms and etc with S.H.I.T!!! This is the first time SHIT go overseas together so wonder how will this trip go? Erm C.H. is not a city area, not those theme park, adventurous place but more scenic, a place to relax! Also... take pictures! tons and tons fof pictures of the place and us human beings of course hahaha!
(2) Fun On Foot : The E-Challenge - Sat 18/07/09
This is a amazing race thingy that is organised in line with the Singapore Heritage Fest 2009! Participants will go around Singapore strictly either by foot or public transport (no taxi...) haha! Then at every station will do quizzes and tasks and SMS the answer! Thank God i have tons of free sms to use haha! I'm going with my some of my JC frenz for this competition! In my team will be Arifah, Susanna and Kavitha! 3 diff races okay! Team name is ROJAK hahaha! I guess it will be a fun day!
(3) Chalet! - 17/07/09 - 19/07/09
Haha yup! i dunno whether he wans pp to know about it yet so i shall not mention who is organising this chalet! But this chalet is his 21st Birthday Chalet! I'm so honoured to be invited for all 3 days plus stay over! But due to program no. (2) above so i'll miss a few hours of the chalet fun! But it will be cool going this chalet! Can't wait!
(4) Barat Timor Run - 17/07/09
This is 16km competitive run organised and conducted by one of the army units! I'm representing my own formation/unit so jus go there gain experience! I love running somehow haha ever since i enlisted into the army! This run also prepares me somehow for the Army Half Marathon this year which i am running 21km! Woohoo! Fitness Fitness Fitness! Healthy Lifestyle eh!
(5) Photography Trips - Various Random Dates
Since i got my new camera i've been wanting to go around all of Singapore to take pictures! hahaha not only to hone my photography skills, but there are really nice perspective and places to see and enjoy! So i've been to a few (as can be seen thru my previous blog entries and facebook photo albums...) and i'm going for more! Some other places i'll be going in July or intending to cover in this month are Chinese Garden, Dairy/Fish Farms, Fort Canning/Labrador Park and even Zoo! See how la... $$$ is kinda limited... haha!

我完完全全了解到... I've Finally Realise...
These days have been very very busy! just finish a mini short film project that lasted for abt 3 weeks? Really gotta thank a great sister like Betty! helped me so much and sorry for troubling u dear! Anyway it is made with this year's National Day 2009 Theme of "Coming Together..." in mind! It can be viewed on Youtube jus by typing: one people bravians! Lyrics, Vocals, Scenes, Concept, Mass Dance... all are done by me and my team! although it is only a 90sec short film but wow i'm proud of my team even myself Muahahaha!
These days have been busy also with UIP (Unit Induction Program) personnel! Those are people who jus posted to my unit, undergoing this program to prepare them for real and actual duties they will take up in the near future! They are here obviously there are pp soon to ORD! I'm included! I'm happy with my understudy and the entire UIP pp! Haha! Although i seem really harsh and strict but its training and really for their good! We all have a common goal eh! Turn Ops!
As usual when i'm busy, i'll go all out to do watever i can to complete those task well! Spirit of Excellence! hmmm so didnt have much time for socialising! i mean dun even have time for my own life? Family, Frenz... erm hobbies? Leisure? Photography!

Family i do... frenz i do too! And esp those few... just disappointed with myself perhaps... cant blame others... i'm not not chosen afterall... i really dun feel good being 取代 (taken over, replaced). Hmmmm a big trip is coming yet i dun feel excited anymore... but fear. Fear that wat if this goes wrong, that goes wrong? and i know it will jus be such a surface trip in the first place... so surface... so fake... so deceiving...
Indeed its my nature to Give, to Love or i could say i always try to... so get hurt sure will have my share.. that's the price to pay... why wont pp go all out for me? why am i always the one going all out for others? i'm happy to be going all out... i'm happy when pp are happy because of wat i did, wat i say ... but i feel so down, so wrong, so disappointed when i think abt the truth, i recall the fact that i'm afterall a loner...

It's about your Character!
Read this story from Cassandra's Blog! Wowed by it! Very very true too! Really felt so inspired haha so i'm putting it here on my blog to share with everyone! Afterall it requires one to not be Selfish and only think about himself or herself (that is one of the worst thing about the world, about You and Me)! Here goes...
There was a man who saw a scorpion floundering around in the water. He decided to save it by stretching out his finger, but the scorpion stung him. The man still tried to get the scorpion out of the water, but the scorpion stung him again.
Another man nearby told him to stop saving the scorpion that kept stinging him. But the man said: "It is the nature of the scorpion to sting. It is my nature to love. Why should I give up my nature to love just because it is the nature of the scorpion to sting?"
Don't give up loving. Don't give up your goodness Even if the people around you HURT and STING.
So let us not become tired of doing good; for if we do not give up, the time will come when we will reap the harvest.

虎豹别墅 Haw Par Villa
Yesterday late afternoon i went to 虎豹别墅 Haw Par Villa! This is the second time i went there since the first was years ago when i was a little boy my parents brought me there! These days can afford a bit of time out so decided to go walk walk around Singapore! So the third stop (after SBG & ACM) is HPV! Army has cause me to use Acronyms like nobody's business... haha!
This place seemed so new to me! As i reach there about 4pm so not much time left to slowly walk and anyhow stop! I jus took out my beloved photography partner and snap snap snap! Haha! As i walked thru the entire villa, there are really a lot of beautiful statues and displays that wowed me! At every cluster of displays there will be a information board to tell us what the statues, their poses are trying to show!
Several things like Journey to the West, Confucius, some other famous legeneds/people, even the Tiger Balm thingy haha! Those of you who are interested in why the villa existed, the history of the villa and Tiger Balm can google it okay! General Knowledge!
The most fascinating place i went inside the Haw Par Villa was the Ten Courts of Hell! Admission to the Villa is free but this particular area cost SGD1.00 haha! okay la that's cheap! so i went in and wow! Took a look at the different stages of Afterlife (esp Hell) believed by the traditional Chinese! The Ten Courts of Hell really portrayed a lot about "Paying For Your Evil Deeds"! Those wanna see the punishments can go my facebook photo albums! I dedicated an entire album to this Ten Courts of Hell! As for my blog i'll jus pick a few photos to summarise the entire trip there! Woohoo!

康熙来了! KangXi In Town!
haha i mean his "stuff" is in Singapore! i went to the Asian Civilisation Museum jus now! So happened that i plan to go today... today there is the event called Late Night Friday! So... initially to go into ACM one needs to pay $5, and since there is the special exhibit it cost an adult $8 but... due to tonight's event, it is FREE! Woohoo! haha! Aunty Spirit! but most importantly it is not the money la it is the exhibit i went for! Super worth the trip even if i need to pay $8!
The special exhibition is titled The KangXi Emperor - Treasures From The Forbidden City, a.k.a. 康熙盛世 - 故宫珍宝! From 5pm to 12midnight it is free entry! so tons of pp came! i came like about 6 plus? already got long queue in the museum and after i left the queue was all the way to outside of the museum! OMG... Anyway this exhibition supposed is from 13th March to 14th June 2009 but it is extended to 28th June which is this sunday! so those of you who wanna go take a look please do so! Two days left! Great experience!
For this visit i'm like kinda serious about it hahaha so i even brought along a notebook and pen to jot down notes and info which i am interested in! Although i brought my digital camera there but i'm not allowed to take pictures haiz... if not i'll snap the entire exhibit liao! but but but... i still secretly took photos of 3 of the items there hahaha! show ya below! As i walked thru the entire exihibit i really get to know lots about KangXi emperor! About his Imperial family, character, way of leadership and more or less about China then! Learnt quite a bit although i spent about 1hour plus there only!
Some facts i've learnt about KangXi!
- Father (ShunZi Emperor), Son (YongZheng Emperor), Grandson (QianLong Emperor)
- Born 4th May 1654 [May babies like me woohoo!]
- Reign as Emperor for 61 years! From year 1662 - year 1722
- Went on a total of 6 Inspection Tours! (walk the ground walk the ground!)
- Was the only Emperor that personally led his troops to battle
- All his empresses died of young age [Poor him...]
Other than visiting the exhibit... i also took some time to enjoy the night scenery there! The bridge, river, quay, boats wow! Not bad eh! Too bad dun have DSLR to capture those great skyscrapers and river/boats well! Nonetheless some pictures to share below!

Anyway this exhibition supposed is from 13th March to 14th June 2009 but it is extended to 28th June which is this sunday! so those of you who wanna go take a look please do so! Two days left! Great experience!
For this visit i'm like kinda serious about it hahaha so i even brought along a notebook and pen to jot down notes and info which i am interested in! Although i brought my digital camera there but i'm not allowed to take pictures haiz... if not i'll snap the entire exhibit liao! but but but... i still secretly took photos of 3 of the items there hahaha! show ya below! As i walked thru the entire exihibit i really get to know lots about KangXi emperor! About his Imperial family, character, way of leadership and more or less about China then! Learnt quite a bit although i spent about 1hour plus there only!
Some facts i've learnt about KangXi!
- Father (ShunZi Emperor), Son (YongZheng Emperor), Grandson (QianLong Emperor)
- Born 4th May 1654 [May babies like me woohoo!]
- Reign as Emperor for 61 years! From year 1662 - year 1722
- Went on a total of 6 Inspection Tours! (walk the ground walk the ground!)
- Was the only Emperor that personally led his troops to battle
- All his empresses died of young age [Poor him...]
Other than visiting the exhibit... i also took some time to enjoy the night scenery there! The bridge, river, quay, boats wow! Not bad eh! Too bad dun have DSLR to capture those great skyscrapers and river/boats well! Nonetheless some pictures to share below!
